Dave Deason
Co-Manager of Operations
Dave has been with Deli Time since its inception. He is a “hands-on” owner who actually made the sandwich for our very first customer. Dave is in a Deli Time location every day. He could be making a sandwich, pouring a soup, or talking with customers at the terminals. Dave handles all lease negotiations and build-outs for Deli Time. Dave serves on the board for the Schaumburg Business Association.
Megan Burns
Vice President of Sales
Megan started the catering sales division for Deli Time over fourteen years ago. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development. Prior to Deli Time, Megan owned her own restaurant and then managed a fine dining restaurant in the Chicago suburbs. Megan is a proud Associate Member for BOMA/Suburban Chicago; where she serves as the chairperson for the Tradeshow Committee and is involved with The Program Committee. Deli Time supports Megan’s volunteer time with Ekso Bionics.
Paul Nicolosi

Angela Provenzale
District Manager
Angela began her career with Deli Time eight years ago. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Education and Psychology. Prior to her career with Deli Time, Angela was the Food and Beverage Director for Starwood Hotels and Resorts for 12 years. During this time Angela received a Black Belt certification for Six Sigma. Angela enjoys dedicating her extra time to philanthropy work with Chicago Cares and is an avid gardener.
Michael D. Frees
District Manager / Technical Operations
Michael joined the management team at Deli Time in 2001. Prior to his career at Deli Time, he worked as a multi-unit Chef / Manager for Sodexho Marriott. In 2011, Michael was promoted to District Manager. He oversees multiple units in the Lake County and Rosemont area. In 2019, he was named head of the technical installation, networking, and support. He has been instrumental in upgrading the point of sale system and implementing new technology. Michael obtained an Associate’s Degree from the Pennsylvania School of Business in Accounting and Culinary Arts. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Alvernia College in Pennsylvania and took continuing education classes at Joliet Junior College for computer programming. Michael served in Operation Storm, is a decorated combat U.S. Marine, supported three campaigns, and attained a Meritorious Mast Commendation. When Michael is not busy working at Deli Time or continuing his education, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
